Before we
get it sorted.
Clear answers to common collection questions. For anything specific to your items, just call or send a photo.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and surrounding South Yorkshire communities. Send your postcode so we can confirm route availability.
How do I book a collection?
Call 07774 292693, send photos on WhatsApp or use our enquiry form. A collection is only booked once we have agreed the items, terms and date with you.
What metal can I have collected?
Ask about steel, iron, copper, brass, aluminium, stainless steel, radiators, cable and suitable metal appliances. Acceptance depends on the item and condition.
Do you collect at weekends or the same day?
Contact us with your preferred date. Availability varies and we will confirm the collection slot directly.
Can you remove general rubbish too?
Our main focus is scrap metal. Mixed loads and non-metal waste need assessment and are not automatically included. Send photos before arranging a clearance.
Is every collection free?
We offer free metal collection for suitable loads. The materials, volume, location and access determine eligibility. We confirm the terms before booking.
Can you collect a small amount?
Send a photo and postcode. We’ll advise whether we can collect it on a local route and explain any conditions.
Do you collect washing machines?
Yes, subject to access and acceptance. They should be emptied and disconnected before the agreed pickup.
Do you disconnect appliances?
Disconnection is not included. Arrange safe disconnection before collection, using a qualified professional where needed.
What is my copper worth?
Contact us with photos and an estimated weight for a current assessment. We do not publish a fixed rate because grades and market values vary.
Can I bring metal to your address?
Please arrange everything with us first. The listed address is our business contact address; it is not advertised as a public drop-off yard.
Got scrap?
We’re a message away.
Send us a photo and your postcode. We’ll take it from there.
